Marcus Wadley of Springtown, Texas

" Marcus Wadley's $5,000 demand of Linda Brown of the Equine Expo of Texas "

Mark Wadley, Father of Marcus Wadley, called Linda Brown of A Wizards Spell Ranch
and owner of the Equine Expo of Texas approximately early 2008
to ask how his son could get involved with her horses as well as the Equine Expo in September, 2008.
Linda Brown agreed to meet with Marcus to discuss his skills
and what he might be able to offer both her horses and possibly the Expo.
After the meeting, Linda Brown determined that although he was only 20 years old,
Marcus had good riding skills and she agreed to pay him to work with her two geldings putting time on them.
Both had already been ridden.  Linda Brown paid Marcus Wadley each week for several months as well as
providing additional revenue opportunities to Marcus by introducing two neighbors whose horses he was paid to ride
as well as training of one of the Gypsy Horses on the property which had been sold to a client.
(Names available to verify this information.)

Linda Brown was bringing ten of her own horses to the Equine Expo in additional to being the owner/promoter of the Expo itself.
Linda Brown agreed to provide Marcus Wadley booth space at the Expo as well as stalls for his horse and tack
as well as providing him multiple opportunities to perform and show his skills at the Expo.  Linda Brown agreed to pay for these
spaces on Marcus' behalf in exchange for Marcus working at the Expo to feed, care, ride, clean, etc her horses AT the Expo.

Marcus agreed and was then promoted in multiple equine publications as initiated by Linda Brown.
You may verify this through Marilyn Short of Horse Gazette www.horsegazette.com .

Shortly before the Expo, and AFTER Linda Brown promoted and spent advertising money,
Marcus decided he could no longer provide his undivided time ( as agreed to ) to Linda Brown as he had other
things he wanted to get involved with and didn't have time to honor the agreement.

Linda Brown scrambled for additional help.  And further, as per his decision to breach the agreement,
the free booth space and performance times at the Expo were eliminated.
This was ENTIRELY a decision made by Marcus Wadley.

Marcus Wadley is now demanding Linda Brown pay him $5,000.
Marcus Wadley did NOT pay for ANYTHING at the Equine Expo of Texas.
