Linda Brown of A Wizards Spell Ranch taught Marcus Wadley how to harness and drive a horse.
Marcus Wadley was PAID by Linda Brown during these training sessions.

 Marcus Wadley asked Linda Brown if he could borrow her driving cart as he had an
Arabian horse in training at his home and he had no cart.

Linda Brown lent her driving cart to Marcus Wadley.
At this same time, Linda Brown had a Bowflex exercise machine for sale
and Marcus agreed to purchase the machine for $300.
Marcus took the Bowflex home with him with agreement to pay.

Marcus then REFUSED to return the driving cart after months of demands !
Marcus further would not pay for the Bowflex.

Finally, after Linda Brown had to hire an attorney and threaten a lawsuit for conversion,
the driving cart was returned Oct. 27 after an Oct. 24 deadline or a new one would be ordered.
The Bowflex was NEVER paid for but was also returned on Oct. 27.

Marcus Wadley did not reimburse Linda Brown for attorney's fees.
